Residential Home Search and Commercial Property Search
| Purchase: | 1.5% of purchase price |
| Rental: | 10% of first year's rent (or equivalent) |
| Combined purchase and rental: | 2.0% of purchase price or 15% of first year's rent (or equivalent) |
Alternatively we offer modules from our Home Finder and Commercial Property Programmes at a daily rate of £440.
Special Services
Special services are provided on a daily or hourly basis: £440 per day or £55 per hour.
The VIP and Fast Track services are agreed after prior negotiation with clients, and final prices are always confirmed before the relocation contract is signed.
Anglo Domus is happy to agree a fixed price service for custom packages of selected services.
There is a minimum charge of £1,800 for the Home Finder Programme
All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current UK rate of 17.5%
