Anglo Domus provides an early start to the relocation process introducing the individual issues involved and the services required. Often this is an ideal first step towards a successful move and reassures relocatees about their concerns as soon as possible.

We arrange a meeting at either clients' or our own offices, to present a full briefing on the proposed relocation, addressing all the relevant issues and offering solutions to potential problems in advance. Company executives and relocatees are given ample opportunity to discuss their personal requirements and ask questions on points of concern.

Information portfolios are supplied which include a summary of the presentation and factsheets on the relevant topics covered. With a broad experience in relocation, particularly international moves, Anglo Domus covers every aspect and prevents potential difficulties from becoming problems, ensuring a successful move for companies, executives and their families.

For expatriates and others moving to the UK from overseas, Anglo Domus offers an in depth information and relocation preparation service covering all the relevant issues for non UK nationals.

Topics covered include: the UK residential property market and prices; choice of residential areas; education, schools and childcare options; travel, communications and commuting; cultural and social issues; leisure and other interests; financial, legal, immigration and tax status; healthcare and medical considerations; insurance (personal, property, health); relocatee and family issues; partner employment.

Clients are provided with an information pack 'Living in the UK' including invaluable help using factsheets, checklists of what do before, during and after the move, and answers to FAQs.

We personally conduct accompanied half or full day area tours of residential and business districts tailored to individual relocatees and their companies. Clients are shown a selection of typical properties and the most suitable areas, and are introduced to the range local amenities, services and places of interest.

These tours prove particularly useful before deciding on a specific location. Clients are provided with an Area Information Pack including maps, typical property details, travel information and timetables, details of local activities, sports and leisure facilities, schools lists, pre-school and childcare facilities, children's activities and any other specific information relevant to the individual relocation.

Anglo Domus arranges the most appropriate short stay accommodation. We help find the best choice of serviced or short let tenancy apartments and houses quickly and efficiently. This can be achieved within a much shorter time frame than the full Rental Home Search Service and satisfies the requirement for immediate or temporary relocation to the chosen area.

An extended version of our normal one week aftercare service (included in the full Home Search Service) is available, where advice and assistance is required to help ensure a continued happy move.

During the relocation process Anglo Domus often builds a unique personal relationship with many of our clients. We are ideally placed to offer extra help and assistance where there are particular personal or family issues of concern that can be easily overcome by giving advice, information or contact details for other services. Our client executives are available to provide telephone help or arrange meetings/home calls to solve any problems.

Anglo Domus offers an exclusive service to company directors, senior executives and private clients looking for personal relocation assistance. In addition to our comprehensive Home Search Service we include an additional special level of service.

One of our senior partners personally supervises the relocation, attends all meetings and accompanies the property visits. We meet clients at the airport, reserve hotels and temporary accommodation, organise car services and deal with any other personal requirements. This priority express service guarantees regular daily communications, employs courier services, arranges for lawyers and financial advisors specialising in urgent contracts and fulfils all the relocation requirements in the shortest possible time.

For clients moving to the UK from outside the European Union, we offer advice and assistance in dealing with UK immigration authorities for work permit and visa applications. Independent legal specialists are personally recommended when required.

Relocating with dual careers introduces further elements to the move and makes partner employment a key issue. Anglo Domus advises on the extra considerations involved, assists with the process of search and selection, provides lists of professional journals/publications and refers clients to recruitment consultants, professional bodies and other career specialists.

For companies with relocation policies requiring the comparison of 'like for like' property, housing and living costs in departure and destination locations, we provide independent reports and property surveys supported by typical 'shopping basket' statistics and local property agents' valuations.

Clients already familiar with the UK housing market often require a straightforward service to cut through the problems of dealing with estate/letting agents. We provide a basic relocation package including client consultation, exhaustive property search including agents registration, and arrange appointments for unaccompanied viewings.

We are sometimes asked to act for clients who have already found their new home but require assistance with the next stages of negotiation and purchase contract or tenancy agreement completion. In this case we can offer the advantages of our independent negotiators to help achieve the best rental or purchase price when dealing with estate agents, vendors or landlords, and advise and assist with the legalities of purchase contracts and tenancy agreements.

When the time comes for the move back home, or reassignment to a new area, Anglo Domus advises and assists with all the property and other personal requirements.

We contact management agents/owners giving the required advance notice to end the tenancy according to the rental agreement terms or help with the listing and sale of a relocatee's own home. In addition Anglo Domus supervises and makes arrangements for the appropriate:

• Property repairs, decorating and cleaning before move-out
• Supervision of final utility meter readings and check-out inventory
• Termination and final billing of all utilities, telephone and other services
• Assistance with removals for furniture and personal effects
• Move-out day assistance and return of keys to owners/property agents
• Return of rental property deposit
• Any other relocatee or family support required
